This journey began with our inaugural Marketplace Ministry Conference, which has since become an annual gathering of like-minded believers. As we continue on this journey, we invite you to join us. OUR VISION

Our vision is to catalyze community transformation in Cameroon and Africa by empowering individuals to integrate their faith and work, fueling extraordinary impact in the workplace, Godly influence, and societal transformation.

  • Extraordinary impact in the workplace: exceptional performance, positive influence, significant contributions at work.
  • Godly influence: living out faith, demonstrating Christian values, being a source of hope.
  • Societal transformation: positive change in communities, justice, compassion, wholeness, and friendship.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to provide training, resources, and community support (mentorship and networking opportunities) to help individuals and professionals integrate their faith and work for community transformation and kingdom impact, all to the praise of God’s Glory. Through our conferences, training programs, and resources, we aim to inspire and support individuals in their spiritual and professional journeys, fostering a community of faithful leaders and change-makers.

We Hope to:

  • Provide training and resources to 500 professionals and workplace personnel annually.
  • Create and nurture a community of 500 individuals who integrate faith and work and actively train others to do it.
  • Set up 1000 Workplace Ministry Clubs in schools and workplace neighborhoods by 2030.
  • Develop partnerships with 10 organizations by 2026 to amplify our impact.
  • Create a toolkit for faith-work integration that reaches 10,000 people.
