Molombe Henry is the Founder and CEO of Sozo Empire LTD, a wealth and financial stewardship company moving towards revolutionizing Africa's financial landscape. With a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Software Engineering from the University of Buea, Cameroon, and nearly two decades of leadership and management experience, Henry has developed a unique blend of technical, entrepreneurial, and leadership skills. Henry has also undergone training in data analytics. Henry's journey spans various fields, including finance, public relations, marketing, leadership development, negotiation, and entrepreneurship. He has held top executive roles in both for-profit and non-profit organizations, showcasing his versatility and commitment to excellence. Notably, he served as Youth Parliamentarian in Cameroon's National Assembly in 2018, for the Youth Parliament focusing on 'Digital Economy and Youth Employability '.
As a passionate advocate for youth empowerment, Henry has pioneered initiatives like Sozo Farms and Sozo Empire, aiming to transform African communities through technology, agriculture, and financial solutions. His leadership and involvement in the Youth Parliament has earned him recognition, including certifications by Cameroon's President of the National Assembly and the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications. As CEO of Sozo Empire LTD, Henry drives the development of technological and financial solutions, consults on business establishment and growth, and strategizes for long-term success. He oversees the three major activities of the company, which are financial services, management consulting, and technology services. His responsibilities extend to marketing, team management, research, and partnership building. He is dedicated to deploying innovative solutions to enhance wealth creation for corporates and individuals across Africa. Beyond business, Henry is a devoted leader in non-profit initiatives, empowering youths and young adults through various programs. He founded the Sozo Empire Foundation, a non-profit organization running a Training Center for Christian Entrepreneurs, organizing annual conferences for Christians in the corporate world, and supporting other community initiatives. When not leading in the business or non-profit sectors, Henry enjoys playing musical instruments like the keyboard and bass guitar, singing Christian worship music, and playing table tennis. Henry is a devoted family man, married to Barrister Mrs. Doris Molombe Lyonga, with whom he has a son. Henry's firmness and aptitude in driving change across Africa are evident in his multifaceted expertise, leadership experience, and passion for youth empowerment.
