Molombe Henry is the Founder and CEO of Sozo Empire LTD, a wealth and financial stewardship company revolutionizing Africa's financial landscape. With a Bachelor of Technology in Software Engineering from the University of Buea and nearly two decades of leadership experience, Henry brings a unique blend of technical, entrepreneurial, and leadership skills.

Henry's journey spans finance, public relations, marketing, leadership development, and entrepreneurship. He has held top executive roles in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. He notably served as Youth Parliamentarian in Cameroon's National Assembly in 2018, focusing on Digital Economy and Youth Employability.

Building a Brighter African Tomorrow

As a passionate advocate for youth empowerment, Henry has pioneered initiatives like Sozo Farms and Sozo Empire, aiming to transform African communities through technology, agriculture, and financial solutions. His work in the Youth Parliament earned him recognition from Cameroon's President of the National Assembly and the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications.

As CEO, Henry drives the development of technological and financial solutions, consults on business growth, and strategizes for long-term success. He oversees financial services, management consulting, and technology services. he also leads the marketing, team management, research, and partnership building.

Beyond business, Henry founded the Sozo Empire Foundation , a non-profit running a Training Center for Christian Entrepreneurs, organizing annual conferences for Christians in the corporate world, and supporting community initiatives.

When not leading, Henry enjoys playing keyboard and bass guitar, singing Christian worship music, and playing table tennis. He is a devoted family man, married to Barrister Mrs. Doris Molombe Lyonga, with whom he has a son.
